Conclusion
Ramsey Outdoor is a small family owned business and is located in both Succasunna and Ramsey, NJ. In this blog we began by showing how we are able to stay close with our suppliers and make special orders from most of the manufacturers we do business with. Then we spoke about our competitive priorities and put them in order from flexibility, to quality, to cost, and lastly time. Next we discussed our small batch process and make to stock strategy and how we really try to focus on the customer and their needs for their unique situation.
Ramsey outdoor uses a hybrid office by both working closely with the customer whilst having the corporate activities take place in the store itself. Then the supply chain showed how our products are transported and the relationship we have with our suppliers. Lastly we presented the competitive disadvantages that as a team we recognized, and gave recommendations to fix/solve those problems.
